    Directions

    Step 1

    烧热油,放入姜末和香菇丝炒香。Heat oil in wok, sauté ginger and Chinese mushroom until fragrant.

    Step 2

    加入包菜和剩余材料B炒匀,加入水、调味料和米粉焖至收干水。Add in cabbage and the rest of ingredients B, pour in water, seasoning and rice vermicelli, simmer until water dry up.

    Step 3

    再加入芹菜炒匀即可上碟。Toss in Chinese celery and dish out.
